Workshop for familier med barn 7-11 år

I vår familieworkshop inviterer vi barn og foreldre til å oppleve bevegelsens magi gjennom kontaktimprovisasjon. Her får barn verktøy og ferdigheter for personlig utvikling, inkludert fantasi, fleksibilitet, koordinasjon og balanse. Kontaktimprovisasjon oppfordrer til å uttrykke følelser gjennom fysisk aktivitet i en fri og støttende atmosfære.

Carte Blanche gir deg og ditt barn en unik mulighet til å utforske bevegelsens verden på en ny måte, gjennom lek, dans og samspill med andre. Både barn og voksne kan delta uten behov for tidligere danserfaring. Instruktørene vil veilede gjennom spennende øvelser for alle aldre og ferdighetsnivåer. Bli med oss på et bevegelses- og samspilleventyr med familien!

In our family workshop, we invite children and parents to experience the magic of movement through contact improvisation. Here, children are provided with tools and skills for personal development, including imagination, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Contact improvisation encourages the expression of emotions through physical activity in a free and supportive atmosphere.

Carte Blanche offers you and your child a unique opportunity to explore the world of movement in a new way, through play, dance, and interaction with others. Both children and adults can participate without the need for prior dance experience. Instructors will guide you through exciting exercises suitable for all ages and skill levels. Join us for a movement and interaction adventure with your family!
