Workshopen vil være direkte basert på den kreative prosessen i forestillingen. Denne danseworkshopen er tilpasset barn i følge med voksne, som deltar sammen i workshopen.
Vi vil utforske transformasjon gjennom en leken tilnærming til rom, kropp og musikk. Sammen vil vi eksperimentere med objekter som leder til felles danser og kollektive bevegelser.

Billetten gir tilgang til 1 barn og 1 voksen, og workshopen gir både barn og voksne muligheten til å dele en danseopplevelse i en trygg og inkluderende setting. Ta på bevegelige klær og ha med vannflaske. Passer for barn fra 7 år og oppover.

Dance is a universal language that can be understood by both young and old. On the occasion of the family performance of Insight, we invite you to a workshop where the joy of dancing can be shared across generations.
The workshop is directly based on the creative process of the performance. This dance workshop is designed for children accompanied by adults, who take part together.
We will explore transformation through a playful approach to space, body, and music. Together, we will experiment with objects that lead to shared dances and collective movement.
The workshop is led by Artistic Director Annabelle Bonnéry.
The ticket gives access to 1 child and 1 adult. The workshop offers both children and adults the opportunity to share a dance experience in a safe and inclusive setting. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Suitable for children aged 7 and over.
Doors open at 12:30, and the workshop starts at 13:00.
